How to assign smb storage to existing cluster?

I've read about how great SMB 3.0 is for Hyper-V clusters, but I think I'm missing something...

I've created a 2012 R2 Failover Cluster with 2 Hyper-V nodes.  I have an iSCSI Disk Witness on an isolated "Cluster Only" Network, and another "Cluster and Client" Network which has speedy connectivity to a 2012 R2 File Server with a shared folder on a RAID 1 volume.

So how do I configure a Clustered Shared Volume?  I'm not sure how (or if) I present the Shared Folder to the cluster?

In Cluster Manager > Roles > Virtual Machines > New Virtual Machine, I can create a VM with a vhd on \\myshare\servername  but how do I migrate VMs to shared storage that is controlled by the cluster?  sanity check please...
